Now Products are spitted into 4 categories below, however, LED linear lights are our main products. They are widely used in accent, back, cove, decoration, effect, signage lightings and dominate ~80% turnover

IS09001:2008 Quality Management System

With advanced auto-manufacturing machines, skilled staff teams, strong R&D team, experienced engineers and technicians under IS09001:2008 Quality Managements System, not only sample orders but also bulk orders are assembled under strict quality control, from raw materials to finished product, from begin to end.

Since foundation ledii has been adhering to the quality policy of “To manufacture quality products with lower cost to satisfying customers promptly; To serve customers with all-rounding supports sincerely”, and still improve the quality, support and service systems constantly.

With keeping close and interactive dialogues with customers, introducing external all-rounding quality management system and establishing our own internal quality management system, our quality and reliability are guaranteed. The details are:
-Mechanical: vibration, shock, drop and transportation
-Electrical: ESD, different voltage and current fault conditions, electro-magnetic interference tests etc
-Optical: wavelength, color temperature, beam angle, luminous intensity, luminous flux and lumen maintenance
-Thermal: long term exposure to high and low temperature environment and cycling between these temperature limits
-Functional: products tested over temperature, current and voltage variations
-Operating life: long term operation in high and low temperature ambient and power cycling
-Enclosure: seal integrity, corrosion resistance and environmental protection
-Aging test: into the whole manufacturing process from start to finish, at least continuously 24hours before shipment

Our products are CE certified and RoHS compliant, some are FCC verified.
