  • Step 1: Quotation
    We will send you the quotations within the day according to your detailed requirements or the items you may be interested in. They may be sent by e-mail or fax.

    Step 2: Pro-forma Invoice (PI)
    We will send you the Pro-forma Invoice (PI) with estimated shipping cost, bank information and terms&conditions (price terms, delivery terms, payment terms, shipment terms etc) for detailed check.

    Step 3: Payment Instruction
    After all information listed in PI is confirmed by you, we usually manufacture to order confirmed, it is the right time to effect payment in advance before production. You can pay for your sample orders and bulk orders via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Credit Card, PayPal (www.paypal.com), WESTERN UNION (www.westernunion.com). Letter of Credit (LC) is currently unacceptable due to the high handling charge, complexity, unforeseen bank risk etc

    Step 4: Production Arrangement
    We will start production for your orders immediately after payment confirmed. All inward payments are subject to our final confirmation, please well noted. Production process will be notified periodically. If goods can be finished earlier than expected, we would like to keep you well informed in advance, in turn, unfortunately if/when any delay occurs we will sorry to notify you as earlier as possible to save your loss.

    Step 5: Packing and Shipping
    We will pack the goods into plastic anti-static bag with stickers and in quality cartons with shipping mark. The shipping goods will be stored at our warehouse and wait for dispatching on time after the rest payment confirmed. All the rest payments are subject to our final confirmation. We pack and ship orders Monday to Saturday - 6 days a week!

    Step 6: Air Way Bill number (AWB No.)
    AWB no. will be available in the next working day after the goods shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT etc. As your packages feature compact size and light weight. If/When shipped at our accounts, we reserve the right to use a shipping service other than the one you selected for your purchase; also, in some cases we may use a comparable shipping service

    Useful Information:

    1. MOQ:
    Generally speaking, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 250m for linear lights, 50pcs for general lights. If less than MOQ, extra cost should be considered, the costs vary case by case.

    2. Price terms:
    Ex-work Shenzhen or FOB Shenzhen. If/When Ex-work Shenzhen, it means you will take care of the delivery after the ordered products finished, so you can send us the valid courier account number before shipment so that we can arrange the pick-up for you in advance, also you can arrange your own couriers, forwarders and shipping agents to collect the goods at our warehouse after we notify you that your orders are finished already.

    If under Ex-work terms, you still need us to send the goods, the necessary FOB cost (customs clearance handling charge) should be charged into the PI, about 100~150US$. What’s more, for any shipment with declared value over 700US$ (under Ex-work Shenzhen), we will impose about 50US$ for commodity inspection and customs clearance cost;

    If/When FOB Shenzhen, it means we will take care of your delivery after the goods finished and until the goods are on the way to your door safely, we are fully responsible for all the cost occurred at our side such as transit cost, commodity inspection cost, handling charge, customs clearance cost etc

    Whatever Ex-work or FOB terms, it is our great responsibility to deliver your goods for fee within Shenzhen ciity rather than other cities, please well noted.

    3. Delivery terms:
    In-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment confirmed. Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as we finish the goods within the lead time

    ■ Lead time for non-waterproof items is around 5 days after receiving your confirmed payment
    ■ Lead time for waterproof items is around 10 days after receiving your confirmed payment
    ■ Lead time for small quantity orders or sample orders is around 3~5 days after payment confirmed
    ■ Lead time for bulk orders is around 2~3 weeks after payment confirmed
    ■ Any lead time can be negotiable for the urgent purpose

    4. Payment terms:
    According to the company policy, we usually prepare raw materials for orders confirmed, and immediately manufacture upon payment confirmed. If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order if you notify us before payment confirmed.

    TT (Telegraphic Transfer): TT is the most popular payment method for regular orders. It is fast, easy and cost-effective. We will include the bank information in the PI and attach the reminder of bank details.

    PayPal and CC (Credit Card): It is easy, fast and safe to pay your sample orders or small quantity orders with PayPal and Credit Card. Our PayPal account is logicolor@vip.163.com. PayPal is the world’s most-loved way to pay and get paid, please click her www.paypal.com for more.

With this payment option, we can receive your money in a few minutes. After effecting the money, please kindly let us know the control numbers, sender’s full name and the right amount you remitted.

    Note:
    ■ Please choose the suitable payment option as per wish; Under TT, if the amount is less than 3000US$, 30US$ extra cost should be charged into the Pro-forma Invoice due to the high handling fee at our side.
    ■ Please fill in the invoice number on the payment document for our easy tracking if possible
    ■ Please make the beneficiary name 100% correct, if not, the payment gets bounced.

    5. Shipment terms:
    International Express Shipping
    DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT are widely used in our shipping, it is door-to-door delivery service, transit time is 2~5 business days, when arrivals you just feel at ease to sign the parcels. The shipping cost is competitive if shipped under our accounts, please click here to view the estimated cost by international express shipping at our accounts.

    Air Cargo
    It will be cost-effective for you to ship your goods over at least 100kgs. The transit time is around 3~10 business days.
    It depends, there may be unforeseen delays in customs. The shipping cost is lower than international express, but you
    have to pick up the goods nearby your airport and manage the customs clearance all by yourself. Import duties and
    taxes may be imposed, but unfortunately we have no idea how much they will cost

    Sea Cargo
    Ocean shipping is the most cost-effective way to ship your bulky and un-urgent orders. The shipping time varies from
    15~25 business days depending on the season and destination you ship to.

  • Each company has its own policy but ours is simple and easy to understand. It includes quality policy, sample Policy, and finance policy. Meanwhile, quality policy is the main one consisting of warranty policy, return policy. Our quality policy is based on ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, it features the root of quality control, the process of production and until the delivery of products.

    I. Quality Policy
    1. Warranty Policy
    Products are free against defectives in poor materials and workmanships for a period as below
    * All the limited warranty mentioned below is dated from purchase
    * All warranted products should be under usage of normal conditions or as recommended in the user guide and catalog etc

    2 years limited warranty for LED Linear Lights, such as 5050SMD type flexible ribbons, 3528SMD type flexible ribbons, 335SMD type flexible strips, 5mm dip lamp type flexible strips, 5050SMD type strip of LED modules, 3528SMD type strip of LED modules, 5050SMD type aluminum bar series, 3528SMD type aluminum bar series etc

    2 years limited warranty for LED General Lights, such as high power bulbs, high power ceiling lights, high power downlights, high power spotlights, LED T8/T10 fluorescent tubes, LED panels

    2 years limited warranty for LED controllers, such as RGB controller, LED dimmer, LED signal amplifier, DMX decoder, RGB smart controller etc

    1 year limited warranty for power supply series, such as non-waterproof and waterproof types

    1 year limited warranty for OEM and ODM customized products or subject to the specified agreement statement

    No warranty for those but not limited to: free samples, free spare parts, accessories, consumables, software, shipping charges etc

    Exceptions:
    Exception includes the followings but not limited to: misuse, improper wiring, installation and non-approved working environments such as temperature, humidity, condensation or voltage conditions, as well as improper use of spare parts that are not approved or not offered by ledii

    ● Product that has been modified by the user.
    ● Product that has been installed or repaired or maintained by unqualified technicians, electrician, wireman.
    ● Product was not installed or maintained according to user guide or specification accompanied.
    ● Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence.
    ● Product was non-defective or product defect was not related to ledii product functionality, including third-party modifications.
    ● Product that is fed with wrong operating voltage, un-matching the sticker or label or specifications
    ● Product that is wired in the wrong way and gets burnt or damaged or died
    ● Product that is working under unusual conditions such as unusual temperature, moisture, humidity, condensation, environment extremes etc.
    ● Other damages caused after receipt of product by customer

    2. Return Policy
    Unfortunately if/when you have encountered the defectives from delivery to limited warranty, please contact us immediately, we will assist you in any way we can.

    Generally speaking, we will replace or repair defectives within 7 business days upon our approved inspection of the returned products, and will only re-produce the same replacements for defectives. Unless no replacement and out-of-production, we will consider providing credit instead, refund is not allowed.

    Generally speaking, customers should cover the returned shipping cost and we will afford the shipping cost for replacements shipped to you, please note that we will not accept any incoming and outgoing freight caused by un-approved defectives

    Sometimes we need some short defective samples for easy test and inspection by us, customers should afford the shipping cost first in advance before the QC report figured out, shipping cost can be credited to future orders once defective sample approved.

    Claim Procedures:
    Please provide all relevant information below at sales@ledii.com (or fax +86 755 2552 5334) to facilitate rapid response, we will assist your in any way we can.

  • filling the <<defective return form>> including defective items, quantity, detailed descriptions on defectives, proofs of clear pictures or videos etc
  • attaching the original pro-forma invoice
  • Return Procedure
    To obtain approval of product return to ledii, we kindly trouble you to follow our return procedures below:

  • To fill in << Defective Return Form>> detailedly or contact us at sales@ledii.com or our sales to obtain “Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number”, “Authorized Shipping Account (ASA) Number” as well as the shipping address
  • Note: <<Defective Return Form>> can be downloadable from our website or click here to download

  • Indicate clearly the above RMA No. and ASA No. on a tag attached on the return product and send the product to the stated shipping address
  • Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at our factory
  • Once defectives approval, we will replace or repair the product within 7 business days.
  • Important Notice:

  • Any return without authorization from us will not be accepted
  • If return product is found to be damaged, missing parts due to misuse or inadequate return packaging, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged
  • If return product is found to be not damaged, the product will be returned to customers at customer’s shipping account, the test fee is for free
  • Last but not least:
    All returns must follow these instructions below:

  • The RMA no. must be clear and prominently written on the outside of the package
  • You should be responsible for shipping your RMA to us. There are no specific packing instructions, but please be sure to properly secure the items inside the package and use proper packaging materials to avoid any damage during shipping.
  • We kindly recommend you use couriers who can offer you with a tracking no. such as UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, if possible, you may need to insure the package.
  • Any service must be approved by ledii according to company policy and discretion. Your assigned RMA number is valid for 30days from the date of issue. Ledii reserve the rights to reject any returns obviously caused by physical damage, missing parts, burn, cracked, or other damages due to abuse.     II. Sample Policy
    As simple as possible that we offer customers some short samples for free, and please note that:

  • Shipping cost should be at customer’s expense
  • No warranty for free samples

  • start production upon T/T slip confirmed (TT 30% deposit in advance, TT 70% before shipment), and the rate varies case by case

    Part# 01 Technical Questions
    Q: What is an LED?
    A: LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. No filaments heat up, as in traditional lights. Instead the light is created by a smart silicon semi-conductor which glows when electricity passes through.

    Q: Do these lights flicker?
    A: NO. LEDs do not flicker to the human eye.

    Q: Can I use your LED products outdoors?
    A: Yes, we can offer IP20 (ribbon), IP65(epoxy), IP66(silicone), IP67(empty) and IP68(PVC) rated linear lights. The last 4 can be absolutely used outdoors according to different applications, especially IP68(PVC) can work under water.

    Q: Can a dimmer work on your linear lights?
    A: Yes, they can be dimmed by wireless and manual dimmers we offer. Our dimmer can offer max 216W output at 12V and max.432W output at 24VDC.

    Q: Are LEDs affected by extreme working conditions?
    A: Yes, it will cause lumen degradation, shorten lifetime once working under extreme conditions.

    Q: Can you connect the RGB ribbons without RGB controller? Would you solder the 4leads of the ribbons and how to connect them to get power?
    A: Products are designed based on common positive. If can connect the RGB ribbons without RGB controller, please make sure common line connected to positive output, and all other colors(red, green, blue) to be soldered at negative.

    Q: What kinds of products are recommended for underwater use?
    A: Our IP68 rated (PVC) are specially designed outdoor use and under water use.

    Q: Why should your LED products have to work with adaptor, or converter or power supply, or transformers?
    A: As noted LEDs lamps have to work in DC. Adaptor can transfer AC to DC, it can transform high voltage (120V, 220V, 230V, 250V) to low voltage (12VDC, 24VDC, 5VDC etc) at which your LED lights can operate well.

    Q: Can yProducts run with batteries?
    A: Yes, Products are compatible with battery labeled with Direct Current(DC), but you should ensure Products working voltage matches the related input voltage, and they will be damaged as voltage or current overload.

    Q: If one led lamp dies, the rest still work?
    A: Generally speaking, the rest can still work, because each cutting unit operates in separate, all cutting units are wired electrically parallel to main lines.

    Q: Does installation need to be performed under power off?
    A: Yes, please keep power off until you finish all installations.

    Q: How to connect yProducts?
    A: Please refer to the specifications for each product, they can be downloaded from company web site.

    Q: How long can we connect the ribbons?
    A: Generally speaking, about 10-15meters with one power supply, but if longer required, the ribbons should be fed at every 5meters to avoid voltage drop problem, in the case, the connecting length is unlimited.

    Q: What factors will cause the light off?
    A: 1. Lamps may be damaged during transportation due to poor package conditions.
    2. The lamps can not be well soldered to the soldering pad on the PCB, this will be easily caused by shock from outside
    3. The lamps can not be well soldered to the soldering pad on the PCB due to lack of solder material
    4. The lamps can not be well soldered to the soldering pad on the PCB due to poor quality solder material
    5. The lamps drop off the soldering pad on the PCB due to over-bent during installation.
    6. The lamps drop off the soldering pad on the PCB due to over-pressure during installation
    7. The lamps get damaged by over-bent or over-pressure.
    8. The lamps don’t light on due to fake soldering

    Part# 02 Mechanical Questions
    Q: Can I cut your strips into smaller length?
    A: Yes, generally speaking, for our flexible ribbons and aluminum bars, cutting unit of 3lamps for 12VDC type and cutting unit of 6lamps for 24VDC type; for strip of LED modules, each module works separately and be cutable according to specified need.

    Q: Can the LED ribbons, aluminum bar cut or trimmed?
    A: Yes, you can cut them on the cutting mark printed on the PCB.

    Q: Once cut, is the strip still waterproof?
    A: No, but you can add some silicone gel to the cutting parts to make the cut strip fully waterproof, the silicone gels can be sent for free once you order the waterproof ribbons.

    Q: Can yProducts work with solar applications, and available in 4.5 voltage?
    A: Most of them work 12VDC and 24VDC, also we can customize for special voltage input.

    Q: What is IP rating?
    A: The ingress protection system is an international standard and allows you to easily see how resistant a product is to different environmental elements.

     

    Part# 03 Electrical Questions
    Q: What’s the operating voltage?
    A: Most of our LED products run 12VDC and 24VDC, but our 5050SMD 32led smart ribbons work on 5VDC, also our general lights usually operate AC110-220V 50/60Hz.

    Q: Which is anode(positive) and cathode(negative)?
    A: Generally speaking, the red cable is anode, the black cable is cathode, it is polarity sensible, so please make sure the correct connection(+ to +, - to -), if reversing, it can not work.

    Q: What’s the power consumption for your LEDs?
    A: For 5050smd lamp, it is 0.24W per led, for 3528smd, 335smd and 5mm dip lamp, they are all 0.08W per led.

    Q: If I know the exact voltage across my LED devices, can I work out the exact current and how?
    A: You may work out in theory but not exactly. As noted voltage across the LED will loss some energy gradually due to voltage loss, LEDs have high mobility inside the semidconductor. This means they are quite unpredictable as to finding out the exact resistance at a certain voltage, however, we can test the current flowing through your LED by apparatus.

    Q: Are the LED products dimmable?
    A: Yes, all 12VDC or 24VDC can be controlled by PWM controller, we can offer wireless and manual LED dimmers.

    Part# 04 Optical Questions
    Q: How about the lumen maintenance for yProducts?
    A: LED brightness will loss during working and depend on working temperature, humidity and voltage/current conditions etc. Please refer to the following graphic for general ideas.

    Q: What are the lumen for your LEDs?
    A: Generally speaking, for 5050smd, it is 19.5lumens per lamp, for 3528smd, it is 4.5lumens per lamp, we can offer high lumen SMD lamp as well, 6.5lumens per lamp for white color and 6lumens for warm white color.

    Q: What is the average life of an LED lamp?
    A: 50,000hrs. This means they are 50 times longer than incandescent lights and 12 times longer than fluorescents.

    Q: What is the lumen degradation for your LED lamps?
    A: Please refer to below for some general ideas.

    Q: What colors can you offer?
    A: Red, yellow, blue, green, white, pink, purple, amber, RGB etc. Especially we can offer 8 colors of white: 2400K, 2700K, 3000-3500K, 4500K, 5500K, 6000-6500K, 7000K, 8000K.

    Q: How long is 50,000hrs?
    A: 50,000hrs lit for 24hrs per day will last over 5 and half years.
    50,000hrs lit for 12hrs per day will last for over 11 years.
    50,000hrs lit for 8hrs per day will last for over 17 years
    50,000hrs lit for 4hrs per day will last for 34 years.

    Part# 05 Thermal Questions
    Q: What is the working temperature for your linear light?
    A: Should be less than 50 Celsius degree

    Q: What is the extreme conditions for your LED linear light?
    A: For IP65(epoxy resin), -10 Celsius degree to 120 Celsius degree; for IP66(silicone), -30 Celsius degree to 200 Celsius degree; for IP67(empty), -20 Celsius degree to 150 Celsius degree; for IP68(PVC), - 20 Celsius degree to 120 Celsius degree. Please note that once exceeding the extremes, the lamps life time will drop dramatically, the lumen output will decrease, what is more, it may get freezed or burnt easily, so the ideal working temperature is room temperature, recommended no more than 50 Celsius degree. 

    Part# 06 General Questions
    Q: What should we do when we receive the damaged products after un-packing?
    A: Please keep use well informed, and try to save all packaging in case of an insurance claim of damaged products. In the rare case a shipping problem occurs, we will assist you in any way we can.

    Q: What is the main market for LEDii products?
    A: 80%~85% is sold to European countries because the markets have high quality standard for LED products.

    Q: What is the best selling product in LEDii?
    A: LED linear lights accont for 80% sales turnover, especially 5050SMD 60LED W/WW/RGB and 1210SMD 120LED W/WW, but we are selling more and more LED general lights such as 3x1W power spotlight, 3x1W power bulb, 5x1W power bulb, LED T8/T10 fluorescent tubes, LED panel etc

    Q: What diodes do you usually use for your LED products?
    A: For 5050SMD (5060SMD) and 3528SMD (1210SMD), we use CHIMEI (www.cmlt.com.tw), it is Taiwan chip, it mainly features high quality, high reliability and excellent color uniformity, for 335SMD (side emitted), we use NICHIA lamps (www.nichia.com), for 5mm dip lamp, we use Epistar (www.epistar.com.tw), for 1W high power, we sometimes use Osram, Lumiled etc and Taiwan Chips.

    Q: Why are your LED products a little more expensive than the ones from competitors?
    A: We are not selling the cheapest products. Poor quality products are out of Company. Products are positioned to medium to high quality level, so we only select the finest and quality materials for our LED products, such as quality lamps, thicker PCB, Japan-made components etc. Quality has its own price. Some customers have suffered the fast failure after purchase of low quality products from other competitors.

    Q: What is the terms and conditions for new orders?
    A: MOQ terms: generally speaking, it is 50reels (250m) per item, and 50pcs for general light, if less than MOQ, extra cost should be considered.
    Price terms: FOB Shenzhen or Ex-work Shenzhen
    Delivery terms: For non-waterproof items, it is around 5 business days after payment confirmed; for waterproof items, it is around 10 business days after payment confirmed.
    Payment terms: TT 30% deposit in advance, TT 70% before shipment. If less than 3000USD, extra cost 30USD should be charged into PI.
    Shipment terms: Shipped by UPS, DHL, FedEx at customer’s expense or shipped at our account on behalf of customer.

    Q: What’s the warranty for your LED products?
    A: Yes, we have 2 years limited warranty, one year for power supply and no warranty for free sample, spare parts etc. For more information please feel free to view our policy.

    Q: Can you offer OEM and ODM service?
    A: Yes, we offer them as per your detailed request such as different size, layout, customer logos and labels etc, of course, we will not disclose or sell customized products without your consents.
